Limited Warranty Coverage
Fig Custom Guitars warrants to the original purchaser that each instrument will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
During the warranty period, Fig Custom Guitars will, at its discretion, repair or replace any component determined to be defective due to manufacturing or assembly error.
What is Covered?
This limited warranty covers:

Mechanical failures due to manufacturing defects

Electronic component failures (pickups, switches, pots, output jack) caused by defects in materials or workmanship

Hardware failure resulting from manufacturing defect
What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (frets, strings, finish checking, tarnish, cosmetic aging)

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or unauthorized repair
-
Damage resulting from drops, impact, improper storage, or environmental exposure (including temperature or humidity extremes)

Setups, adjustments, or routine maintenance

Damage occurring during shipping after delivery

Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect playability or function
Natural variations in wood grain, finish texture, or color are not considered defects.

Limitations
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Fig Custom Guitars. Fig Custom Guitars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the instrument.
